Privacy Policy
Plain and simple — written by parents, for parents.
Your Email Address
You only need an email address if you choose to create an account. It is used to create that account and to sign you back in.
You can use Daily 4 Wins as a guest without giving us an email address at all.
If you save an email address for Learning Receipts, that address and your receipt preference are stored on your device. Receipt emails are not being sent yet.
No Spam
We are not here to flood your inbox with marketing emails. If we ever send you an email, it will be because you asked us a question or we have something genuinely important to share.
What a Signed-In Account Stores
If you sign in, these are saved to your account on our servers: your account email, your day streak, your completed-sentence progress, the lesson you last worked on (including its content) and your position in it, plus basic usage records we need to run the service.
Only the lesson most recently synced is held. It stays until another lesson replaces it — we do not keep a library of your past lessons on the server.
If you sign in, your child's nickname and chosen Genius Monster are also saved to your account, so they come back when you sign in again — including on a device the family shares. If you use Daily 4 Wins as a guest, they stay only on this device. The nickname is optional, and the Genius Monster is stored as an identifier for which character was picked, not as a photo.
Your stars, your saved lesson history, your learning buddy and your Writing Collection stay on this device.
Worksheet and Handwriting Photos
When you scan schoolwork, or use the optional handwriting check, the photo is sent through the Daily 4 Wins backend to an AI service so the text or handwriting can be read.
Daily 4 Wins does not store those photos. We cannot tell you how long the AI service keeps what it receives, so we do not make a claim about it.
Your Writing Collection
Photos you add to your Writing Collection stay on this device. They are not uploaded as part of the collection.
The optional handwriting check is a separate step: a photo used for checking is sent for processing as described above, and is not stored by Daily 4 Wins.
Service Providers
We do not sell personal data. We use service providers to operate Daily 4 Wins: Supabase for accounts and backend storage, an AI service for reading worksheets and handwriting, and Google only if you choose to sign in with Google.
Our site is hosted by Cloudflare, which receives ordinary web-request information such as your IP address, as any web host does.
Analytics and Advertising
Daily 4 Wins does not use third-party advertising or browser analytics. There is no advertising code in the app.
Diagnostic errors and events stay on your device unless you choose to export them and send them to us.
Our host still produces ordinary network-level statistics about requests to the site.
Deleting Your Account
Deleting your online account removes the account and its synced server data — your progress, the lesson most recently synced, your child's saved nickname and Genius Monster, and the usage records linked to it.
Learning saved on this device stays here, so your child can continue as a guest, and their nickname and Genius Monster stay on this device too.
We cannot promise deletion from the AI service that processed a photo, because we do not control how long it retains what it receives.
Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Daily 4 Wins is designed to be used by children together with a parent or guardian.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without a parent's consent. When a child uses the app, the account is created and managed by the parent or guardian.
We do not ask a child for their age, and Daily 4 Wins does not adapt lessons by age.
If you believe your child has provided personal information without your knowledge, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
